Status of your order

If you would like to know the status of your placed order, please log in to your CigarsBay account at the top of the page (Profile icon on the right). Then Click on “Orders” on the left side of the screen, all of of your orders should appear on the right side of the screen. 

You can also refer to your recent email messages from [email protected], once your order has been packed and scanned by the shipping service, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track this shipment.

If your order arrives damaged

We pack and take extra measures to make sure your orders arrives in a good condition. However, in the unlikely event that your order should arrive damaged, you must immediately contact us at [email protected] for further instructions. Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials, as we may need these items for further investigation. Please note, any damaged material must be as sent, not opened or consumed, (un-smoked)

Shipping Services

As our shipping providers, we currently use USPS priority mail or UPS. If you select standard shipping, our system will designed the best service to use based on your location. If you wish to receive your order faster, you may select UPS Overnight, 2nd Day or 3 Day. 

As per UPS guidelines, all orders shipped via UPS will require an adult signature. All orders shipped to the state of California will require adult signature per state restrictions.
